How we blended business with pleasure to captivate the recipients of a DM piece.

Oracle NetSuite teaming up with Deliciously Ella – a move that’s anything but ordinary. Our task was clear: to take the concept of account-based marketing (ABM) to a whole new level.

So how did we achieve that? With an out-of-the-ordinary direct mailer that not only highlighted the collaboration between Oracle NetSuite and Deliciously Ella but also ensured engagement that converted leads to long-lasting connections.

Recipients weren’t just reading about it; they were experiencing it first-hand. On scanning a unique QR code, they unlocked a video where they could discover how Oracle NetSuite catalysed the growth of Deliciously Ella’s business.

But we didn’t stop there. We threw in a Deliciously Ella treat, a splash of Fever-Tree tonic, and, for the first 50 respondents, a sleek Papier notebook – perfect for meeting notes.

The result? An ROI that way exceeded expectations (and is still growing). The success was contagious and as a result there are three more direct mailers in the pipeline, each strategically targeting a specific industry vertical.
