Account Manager

We’re looking for an account manager – is that the next step in your career?

As one of our account managers, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a number of leading brands and deliver a range of projects, from immersive experiences to integrated digital campaigns to gamified sales-enablement applications and much more. No two days are the same (and we hope you like it that way!).

Job summary

You’ll play a key role in the delivery of agency jobs; creating briefs, campaign plans and proposals for global brands, collaborating on strategies to break the mould and identifying new business opportunities for us. 

Our goal is to solve our clients’ challenges and drive forward our relationships (and ultimately business growth); your contribution will be essential to achieving this. You’ll collaborate with our internal teams to develop new solutions, campaigns and creative thinking that deliver business value for our clients.

We’re looking for someone who’s ambitious and eager to develop a long-standing career with us; someone with an eye for impactful creative, and who has a desire to work on the latest innovative digital solutions for global brands.

Skills and personal qualities

  • At least two years’ agency experience
  • The ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team
  • The ability to build effective client relationships 
  • Experience of managing senior stakeholders
  • A proven track record of successful account management and growth
  • Commercial and business acumen
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills, and the ability to articulate your ideas
  • An eye for detail and the confidence to communicate with creative and production teams
