We’re looking for an account executive – could you be the one we’re looking for?

As one of our account execs, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a number of leading brands and deliver a range of projects, from immersive experiences to integrated digital campaigns to gamified sales-enablement applications and much more. This role is a great opportunity for a university or college graduate looking for their first role in marketing, or someone who’s currently an account exec in a smaller agency and who wants to work within a more established organisation.
As one of our account execs, you’ll have the chance to manage processes and tasks from inception to delivery. These include briefing the creatives, developing project timelines, creating quotes and scopes of work for clients, and handling client communications and updates. We invest in our teams, and offer mentoring and training to help develop and progress each valued member of Volume.
This is a dynamic role in our account team; you can impact our clients’ success by ensuring projects run smoothly and are delivered on budget and on time. Usually, your manager or another team member will assign your work each day, and it’s important that you complete this promptly and efficiently, with good attention to detail.
We’re looking for a proactive person who has excellent communication and presentation skills. We need you to take an active interest in our clients in order to increase the effectiveness of your work and the contribution you make to the team. If you’ve got an interest in the technology industry and digital marketing techniques and trends, this is obviously helpful.
